ALL PUPPIES WILL HAVE 1ST SET OF SHOTS AND BE   U.K.C,C.K.C registered or A.D.B.A registered and will be dewormed atleast three times before leaving our Yard

All Puppies/Dogs must be payed in full before shipped or picked up!!!

All Deposits Are Non-Refundable But Can Be transfered to another litter. This deposit will hold the puppy until it has been weaned and is ready for pick up. If the Remaining balance  is not paid by the puppies 7 (49 Days) week of age.

On day 50 seller may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to buyer placing this deposit.

Puppies can be microchipped for an additional $50.00

Ear cropping is $400.00 Done By  Local Veternarian

 

Animals must be at least 8 weeks of age.

Shipping kennel or cage must meet standards for size, ventilation, strength and design.

Animals must have enough room to stand up and turn around. Kennels must be equipped with one food and water cup. Kennels must be marked with shipper's name, address and phone number and pick-up person's name, address and phone number (if different from shipper), Live Animal Stickers should be applied to the kennel and the last time fed and watered indicated. Place newspaper or absorbent material on the bottom of the crate.

Animal may not be exposed to temperatures of less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit unless there is an acclimation statement by a Veterinarian.

Health Certificate must be issued by a licensed Veterinarian and be no more than 10 days old.

Animals may not be brought to the airline more than 4 hours before a flight.

Animals less than 16 weeks of age must be offered food and water if transit is more than 12 hours. Older animals must have food at least every 24 hours and water at least every 12 hours.

Animals over 16 weeks must have rabies shots current

SELLER AGREES PUP/DOG WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE BUYER IN GOOD

HEALTH HAVING RECEIVED ALL NECESSARY DEWORMING AND SHOTS

REQUIRED FOR THE DOGS AGE.( United Kennel Club) REGISTRATION

CERTIFICATE NECESSARY TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP WILL BE SENT VIA MAIL

IF YOUR PUP/DOG REQUIRES SHIPPING, PAPERS WILL NOT BE SENT WITH DOG.

ALL PUPS WILL BE PERMANTENTALY REGISTERED WITH

.(United Kennel Club). PRECEDING PUP.S NAME CHOSEN BY NEW OWNER

 

 BUYERS NOT REQUIRING SHIPPING AGREE THAT PUP WILL BE PICKED UP

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BEING NOTIFIED THAT PUP IS AVAILABLE. IF PUP CAN NOT

BE PICKED UP, SELL WILL ATTEMPT TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF THE PUP

WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE FOR A REASONABLE CHARGE. IF SELLER

IS TO DELIVER PUP ONLY 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE. PUP/DOG

MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY, NOT AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

 

Buyer agree's to send updated pictures when said puppy is 6 months of age, and 1yr of age.

 

BUYERS PLACING DEPOSITS ON AN OLDER DOG AGREE THAT BALANCE MUST

BE PAID IN FULL NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT.

 

BUYER AGREES THAT THE DEPOSIT OF $____________ IN NON-REFUNDABLE

AND FAILURE TO PICK UP PUP/DOG OR ACCEPT DELIVERY WITHIN ABOVE

STATED AMOUNT OF TIME MAKES CONTRACT VOID AND RESULTS IN

FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT. FULL CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR DEPOSIT FROM SELLING

 

Buyer may take said  puppy to a veterinarian of their choice within 60 buisness days if deemed unhealthy in any way,the pup may be returned to the breeder,and a full refund of the purchase price will be given to the buyer or another puppy of equal value.Buyer must show proof that the breeder is responsible of said illness to the puppy from two licensed veterinarians.The first puppy vaccinations and De-wormings have been administered to said puppy.A health record is being provided to the buyer .Buyer agrees to have all additional vaccinations given to the puppy on the schedule advised.Breeder reserves the right to reclaim said puppy,should buyer be unable to provide adequate food,shelter,attention,veterinarian care or should the puppy be allowed to roam loose or be kept in such a way to endanger his life or safety.Said Puppy is not to be Yelled at,Hit Or abused/neglected in anyway.Said Puppy is to be socialized with other animals and people.. If said puppy is raised to be  vicious towards other animals or people Breeder will remove said puppy from buyer.  In the event the terms of this paragraph are involked,breeder shall not be obligated to pay buyer any consideration in as much as buyer's breech shall be considered an abondonment of said dog.The buyer understands that the Breeder cannot guarantee show quality.The breeder can only state an opinion as to show potential at the time of sale.It is understood that this dog is not sold for any illegal purposes.If the buyer desires to sell said dog,the breeder must be given the first option to buy the dog.matching the sale price.If breeder declines,then the buyer has the right to sell the dog outright.The above contract is to be adhered to strictly,unless other wise agreed and amended in writing by both breeder and buyer.

 

IF  YOUR PUP/DOG REQUIRES SHIPPING, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES

(IE: AIR FARE, CRATE, HEALTH CERTIFICATE FORM VET) MUST ALSO BE PAID

IN FULL WHEN PUP REACHES 6WKS OF AGE SO HE/SHE CAN BE PREPARED TO

MAKE THE FLIGHT AND HAVE ALL CHECKS DONE. AN ESTIMATE OF THESE

CHARGES IS AIR FARE $330.00, CRATE $65.00   HEALTH CERTIFICATE $50.00.  THESE ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON OUR PAST

SHIPPING EXPERIENCE. SELLER WILL NOTIFY BUYER OF CHANGES IN AMOUNT

OTHER THAN THAT STATED ABOVE. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR

TRANSPORTATION TO AIRPORT. DATE OF SHIPPING WILL BE AGREED UPON

BY BOTH PARTIES AND SCHEDULED ACCORDING TO FLIGHT TIMES OFFERED

BY AIRLINE. ANIMALS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL ALL MONEY IS

RECEIVED. FAILURE TO PAY ALL MONIES WITHIN AGREED UPON TIME WILL

MAKE THIS CONTRACT VOID AND RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF MONEY PAID

AND PUP.

 

SELLER UNDERSTANDS THAT UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SOMETIMES

ARRISE AND IS HAPPY TO DISCUSS ARRANGEMENTS WITH BUYER.

HOWEVERY, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE, WRITTEN OR VERBAL, THAT SELL

WILL BE ABLE TO EXTEND CONTRACT. DECISIONS WILL BE MADE ON AN

INDIVIDUAL BASIS

 

SELLER HEALTH GUARANTEE IS: REPLACEMENT OF PUP FOR HEALTH

REASONS NOT DUE TO VIRUS CONTRACTED AFTER LEAVING SELLERS

PREMISES OR FROM MISTREATMENT/MALNOURISHMENT/NEGLECT BY BUYER

OR DUE TO SKIN ALLERY OR ANOTHER TREATABLE PARASITE PROBLEM. ALL

PUPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE SHOW QUALITY.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT ARE CASH, MONEY ORDER, WESTERN UNION, MONEY

TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (Google check out).

 

 

DO NOT MAIL CASH. A SIGNED COPY OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO

YOU UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. SELL WILL FILL IN NECESSARY

INFORMATION AND SEND CONTRACT VIA-E-MAI, FAX, OR MAIL FOR BUYER

TO SIGN, MAKE COPY FOR HIS RECORDS, AND RETURN TO BUYER.

THE SELLER. IF YOU RECEIVED CONTRACT BY E-MAIL, IT IS SUGGESTED YOU

SAVE IT TO YOUR COMPUTER. INCASE OF E-MAIL CONTRACTS, SELLER IS

CONSIDERED LEGALLY BOUND TO THIS CONTRACT ONCE BUYER HAS

REPLIED TO IT AND DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM BUYER. DEPOSITS

ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT RESPOND.

BUYER HAS 3 DAYS TO RESPOND TO E-MAIL AND 7 DAYS TO RESPOND BY

MAIL UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BETWEEN SELLER

AND BUYER AT SELLERS DISCRETION.

 

IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT SELLER HAS CONTACT

INFORMATION TO BE ABLE TO REACH YOU WHEN PUPS ARE

BORN/AVAILABLE. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN THE SPACE

BELOW. IF THE BUYER SHOULD MOVE, HAVE A PHONE NUMBER CHANGE,

ETC. IT IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY SELLER. SELLER WILL NOT

ATTEMPT TO TRACK YOU DOWN IF YOUR INFORMATION HAS CHANGED

SINCE THIS CONTRACT WAS MADE.

 

The UnderSigned Do  hereby accept this agreement in its entirely and acknowledge that this is a legal and binding Agreement/Contract.Each party is in receipt of a signed and dated copy of this agreement.
